1-Year Warranty

Is there any warranty from your online store?

All jewellery purchased on Idyll Jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty from the date purchased. We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces and want you to be fully satisfied.

If your piece happens to break, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. Please note that Idyll Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third-party jewellery.

How the jewellery repair is outside the warranty period?

Our goldsmith will first check and inspect your jewellery if there is any repairs needed. It will take 10 working days with a quoted price of HKD per item by our goldsmith.

My ring doesn't fit anymore, can it be resized?

Most of our rings can be resized after purchase. It will take 10 working days with a quoted price of HKD per item by our goldsmith because the cost of gold or parts added, or replacement fees of parts are subject to different items.

My rings get scratched or dented, what can I do?

We offer re-plating or repolishing to restore your jewellery to its mint condition. It will take 10 working days with a quoted price of HKD per item by our goldsmith.

Shipping

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We ship your pieces of jewellery globally with our designated and insured courier.

How much will shipping cost?

We ship our pieces of jewellery from Hong Kong,

  • Shipping within Hong Kong: Complimentary Delivery
  • Shipping outside of Hong Kong: Additional HKD300 per shipment^

^Cost of transportation and risk of loss transfer to the customer after delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long does shipping take?

After your order is confirmed, we will dispatch your purchase in no more than 10 working days for the production time of our semi-tailor-made jewellery. Also, once the IGI Certificate is requested, an extra 10 working days for application are needed.

The estimated shipping time:

  • Shipping within Hong Kong: 1-2 Working Days*
  • Shipping outside of Hong Kong: 4-7 Working Days*

*Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Does the jewellery include taxes and duties?

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local postal service for rates.

Where can I track my order?

You can click here to track your order and find the most up to date information. And we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the tracking number of your order.

Can I cancel / modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us with you order number at sales@idylljewellery.net or click here to fill in the form within 3 hours of placing your order.

If any order placed by the customer and accepted by Idyll Jewellery is canceled, the customer has to pay cancellation charges (seventy percent (70%) of the order) which will include non-recoverable costs and commitments incurred by Idyll Jewellery from the time of order placement until the date of written notice of cancellation. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if I receive the wrong jewellery?

Please e-mail us right away at sales@idylljewellery.net and we will try our best to solve the issue.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Basically, all goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable except for damage for reasons due to our error.

If there are problems with colour or sizing, please check with our team with the order number or the mobile number you register with the date of purchase. We will find the perfect option for you.
