You can add a personal touch to your order by choosing the style of your gift message and requesting engraving and ring resizing services.

Engraving

• Word Limit: Max. 6 characters with punctuation marks and symbols / letters.
• Price: Complimentary engraving service is only applicable to brand-new light jewelleries. Please request when placing the order.
• Lead Time: Extra 5-7 working days.

Resizing

• Price: Our jewelleries are semi-tailor-made and only by orders therefore any resizing services will be charged. Please contact us at sales@idylljewellery.net for details.
• Lead Time: 5-7 working days.

Notes:

1. Any clauses of return or refund do not apply to any engraved items.
2. Engraving and resizing are only applicable to specific designs of items and are subject to the individual structure.
3. Any exceeding character and symbol / letter shall be charged in accordance with the latest standard fees and charges. We reserve the right to modify the word limit of characters and symbols for free engraving without prior notice.
4. The cost of gold or parts added, or replacement fees of parts are subject to different items. Please contact sales@idylljewellery.net for enquiries. We reserve all rights to change and cancel such after-sales services at any time.

After-Sales Service

Maintenance

You can enjoy a comprehensive after-sales service at Idyll Jewellery with the provision of sales invoices:

• Adjusting ring size
• Renewal / polishing / modifying / welding
• Restringing pearl necklace
• Adjusting the size of the bracelet / necklace
• Cleaning / checking service
• Laser engraving (limited letters and digits)

Note:

1. The possibility of repair depends on the design of the item.
2. Some designs may look different after being repaired. It is necessary to have experienced craftsmen examine in a professional manner beforehand.
