Warranty

All jewellery purchased on Idyll Jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty from the date purchased. We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces and want you to be fully satisfied.

If your jewellery happens to break during our warranty period, we will be happy to fix your jewellery free of charge. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear, misuse, tarnishing, and replacements of lost items.

Please be advised that do not expose your jewellery to harsh chemicals or environments. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your jewellery. These types of chemicals include but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.

Please also note that Idyll Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

And we are unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third-party jewellery.

Repair

Our goldsmith will first check and inspect your jewellery if there is any repairs needed.

Most of our rings can be resized after purchase. We also offer re-plating or repolishing to restore your jewellery to its mint condition. Either process with take 10 working days with a quoted price of HKD per item by our goldsmith.
